Refund policy
We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange for any reason.
To request a refund or exchange, please provide your order number in the subject line of the email to sup@trymoops.com. Before we confirm your refund or exchange, we will send you a survey about your experience with Moops.
Note, we do not require used product to be sent back to us; if Moops doesn’t work for you, we’d prefer if you gift it to a lactose intolerant friend or family member who might like to try it. We only accept returns of unopened and unused products and will provide a return shipping label in that case.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If you would like to exchange an item that has been gifted to you, please ask the original purchaser for the order number.
Under our satisfaction guarantee, we can only allow one (1) exchange per order, within the first 30 days of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
