Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt

Standard shipping times range from 2-7 days

We ship with USPS.

If a package is lost or marked as delivered without being delivered, please wait 1-2 business days for it to show up. If it doesn’t, please email us at sup@trymoops.com with your order number so we can issue a claim with USPS and send you a replacement ASAP. 

During times of high volume, please allow extra time for orders to go out the door. We are a very small operation and we appreciate our patience! 

At this time, we only ship within the USA (including HI, AK, and United States territories). We do not ship internationally at this time.
